Privacy Policy
This page is a placeholder until a production legal policy is supplied. It describes the current waitlist implementation; it is not a complete privacy statement and does not claim legal compliance.
FeedBook is a baby feeding tracker. This page covers the public marketing site and waitlist (policy version privacy-placeholder-v1).
What we collect on the waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, whether you opted in to marketing emails, and timestamps needed to confirm your address and honour an unsubscribe request. We do not collect a baby's name, date of birth, feeding records, phone number, or address on this page.
Why we use it
Joining the waitlist lets us email you when FeedBook is ready. That requires a confirmation email (double opt-in). Confirmation mail is part of signup, not marketing. Optional marketing (product updates and launch news) is sent only if you tick the separate checkbox and then confirm your email.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records can be exported or deleted. A retention period has not been finalised; confirmed addresses are not deleted automatically.
Your choices
You can ignore a confirmation email to stay unconfirmed. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed so they are not used for marketing until you opt in again.
